ADHD Quiz for Adults
About this Quiz and ADHD

Research suggests that the symptoms of ADHD can persist into adulthood, impacting the relationships, careers and everyday lives of those who suffer from it. Because ADHD is often misunderstood and can be difficult to diagnose, particularly in adults, many people don’t even realise they have it, and never receive appropriate treatment.

Studies suggest that ADHD is especially underdiagnosed in women and girls, because it’s a condition that was traditionally believed to mostly affect men, but also because women tend to have less obvious or socially disruptive symptoms than men.

This ADHD symptom test is adapted from the ASRS Screener, which was developed by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Workgroup on Adult ADHD.

This short quiz should provide you with an indication as to whether you exhibit signs of ADHD, you can then decide if you wish to seek an official diagnosis. Just a reminder, we are not Doctors and this is just an indication, read more below.
